Owner clients are updated with bi-weekly reports via email or phone conference as to any and all recent activities or events related to the property.

Bookkeeping and Rent Collection
- Collection of monthly rents.
- Full service bookkeeping including a monthly report of collections and expenses.
- Retail property CAM reconciliations and percentage rent billing.
- Management of any onsite staff or maintenance personnel.
- Personal oversight and scheduling of maintenance and repairs.
- Frequent property inspections to ensure proper appearance, functioning and upkeep.
- Posting of notices and/or warnings for inspection or repair.
- Fielding and resolving all tenant issues with or without owner involvement.
- Serving of notices and oversight of eviction process.
